A new brewery, inspired by old traditions. Duluth is both an old, industrial city and a thriving tourist destination – a city that used to boast 3 major production breweries among its ore docks, wheat granaries, and timber barons is now home to at least 5 microbreweries and brewpubs. Maybe it’s the water –fresh and cold, and right outside our door. Dubrue is building on this rich and local brewing history, with a 15 bbl system located in the heart of downtown Duluth. And we’re brewing in the established tradition: start with great ingredients – fresh water, barley, and hops – and end with a satisfying brew. Our Duluth roots, combined with west-coast training and 10 years of brewing and building recipes, help us focus on consistency in our flagship beers: an irresistibly drinkable Pub Ale, and a hoppy and inspired India Black Ale.
