Granite City Food & Brewery originated in St. Cloud, MN in 1999. We quickly gained a reputation for offering generously portioned, made from scratch food, along with great service and hand crafted beer. The beer is brewed using the our propriety Fermentis Interuptus system of brewing, allowing us to supply all our locations from one central brewhouse.
