Why are vaccinations required?
The health and wellness of craft beer employees and customers is extremely important to the Guild, and so is continuing to provide the promotional events that energize and connect the craft beer community. As the transmission of the COVID-19 Delta variant continues to rise throughout Minnesota, we feel it is our responsibility to take precautions to support community and industry safety at our events.

With this in mind, the MNCBG Board of Directors unanimously approved a vaccination requirement for Autumn Brew Review. (The Board of Directors is made up of brewery staff from throughout Minnesota, representing a range of business types and sizes; learn more about our leadership here.) We hope that this vaccine requirement reduces the potential negative impact our festival could have on community health, and allows people to be more confident in working, attending, and volunteering for the fest. We will continue to monitor the situation and make adjustments if necessary.

I purchased a ticket but am not vaccinated. Can I get a refund?
No. Please do not purchase tickets if you will not be fully vaccinated at the time of the festival. We have tried our best to make the requirement abundantly clear at every stage of the purchase process to prevent confusion.

Can I bring…?

  • Bags – Yes. All bags will be checked at the gate.
  • Umbrellas – Yes.
  • Folding Chairs and Blankets – Yes – encouraged! There will be limited seating throughout the fest.
  • Snack Necklaces – Yes! All sorts of snack necklaces are welcome!
  • Food – No (with the exception of snack necklaces).
  • Drinks – One empty or sealed water bottle, or an empty camel-back type bag is allowed per person. There will be many locations to fill your water bottles in the Marketplace and the fest. No other outside drinks are allowed.

Will there be any special or rare beers? Yes! You can find beers being poured using our online directory—scan the code on your event program to access it!

Will there be non-alcoholic drinks?
Yes, you can find free unlimited MN-made coffee, tea, pop, and more at our NA tent. Water is available throughout the fest. Drinks can be purchased in the Marketplace too!

How do I vote in the fest competitions?
Scan the QR Code in your program to vote for Best Beer and Best Brewery Booth. QR Code coming to this website soon!

Can I get a group discount?
Yes! If you purchase 10 or more tickets, we will waive the processing fees and take a discount off each ticket purchased. Please email us at info@mncraftbrew.org for more information!

Will there be tickets available day-of?
MNCBG festivals often sell out, so we recommend purchasing your tickets as soon as you are able to ensure you will get the General Admission and DD tickets your group needs. If we happen to have tickets available day of, you will still be able to purchase them online; however, we will not be accepting cash or check payments at the festival entrance.

Is this fest accessible?
ABR is held in a public park, entirely on sloped grass that may be wet, muddy, or soft. Portions of the festival grounds may be difficult to access via wheelchair. There will be 2 ADA compliant restroom stalls.

Can I bring my children or dog?
No. MNCBG festivals do not allow infants, children, or pets. Service animals are welcome.

What happens if ABR is canceled due to COVID-19?
In the case of cancellation due to COVID-19, ticket-holders will be contacted via email. You will have the option to roll your ticket over to the 2022 festival, or request a refund. Refunds must be requested 7 days after notification of cancellation. This is the only circumstance in which the MN Craft Brewers Guild can issue refunds for purchased tickets; otherwise, our standard no-refunds policy is in effect.
