MNCBG Board of Directors Election Results
Our Board election was open for two months, from early August to early October. Each brewery/brewpub member business could vote once, and we needed at least 70% of members to vote before the election could be called. Election results were announced at the Member Meeting & Mixer on Friday, October 9.
All main contacts of member brewery and brewpub businesses have been sent an email allowing you to cast a vote on behalf of your business for the 2026-2027 Board of Directors service term.
Congratulations to our newly elected candidates for the MNCBG Board of Directors! These representatives will serve a two-year term, from January 2027 to December 2028:
- Jim Diley — Fulton Brewing Company, Minneapolis (Incumbent Re-Elected)
- Marc Makarem — Back Channel Brewing, Spring Park
- Rob Reisdorf — Wandering Leaf Brewing Company, Saint Paul
- Nathanial Schneider — Trove Brewing/Credo Brands, Burnsville (Incumbent Re-Elected)
- Matthew Wilder — Waldmann Brewery, Saint Paul (Brewpub Representative)
Board members elected last year will also stay on the Board for 2027, serving their second year of their 2026-2027 term:
- Amanda Agamaite — Ursa Minor Brewing, Duluth
- Derek Allmendinger — Unmapped Brewery, Minnetonka
- Matt Johnson — Scientia Beverage Consulting (Allied Member)
- Jeremy Mathison — Broken Clock Brewing Cooperative, Minneapolis
As the newly elected members take their roles, it means that current Board members whose terms are up will be leaving at the end of 2026. Please join us in thanking them for their years of leadership and service to the Guild and the industry as a whole! Thank you to:

Thank you to all the candidates who ran for the Board this year! It was fantastic to see the willingness so many people have to step up for the organization and the industry. We’d love for you to join in other leadership capacities, such as participating on a Committee, and we’d like to encourage you to re-run for the Board in 2027.
The Guild is an organization made up of, and for, MN craft brewers, and your willingness to serve on behalf of the industry is incredibly important and appreciated!
Board of Directors Background Info
The MN Craft Brewers Guild is a membership association made of up, and led by, members of the MN craft brewing industry. Board members propel the mission, vision, and values of the MN Craft Brewers Guild. Members of the board bring their perspective and experience to think strategically, provide input on important Guild initiatives, and make decisions that benefit all craft breweries and brewpubs in the state of Minnesota. The Guild’s board is not a working board, concerned with the daily operations of the Guild. Rather, they are a strategic leadership board. They are also responsible for overseeing the MNCBG staff and ensuring the fiscal health of the organization. View our current Board.
