  • TO CLAIM A SPONSORSHIP: Fill out this form to claim sponsorships or request more information about a custom sponsorship opportunity. We address sponsorship requests to the form in the order they are received and only consider them complete once payment is received.
  • ALLIED TRADE MEMBER DISCOUNT: All listed sponsorship prices are for Brewery & Allied Trade Members of the MNCBG only; non-members add 20%.
  • APN and ABR Brewery Check-In Tent: Limit 1
    • $1,200, The sponsor provides two volunteers at each festival to assist with Brewer Check-In the hours before the festival opens. The sponsor may bring a branded tent, materials, SWAG, etc. All recognition included in general festival sponsorship.
  • General Festival Sponsorship: Unlimited¬†
    • $1,000, Recognition on the festival website, program, guide, brewery-day-of instruction sheet, and pre-fest social posts. 2 tickets to each fest, Logo in annual report.
  • 2024 Member Meeting Sponsor: Remaining 2
    • $500, Verbal and logo recognition at up to four annual member meetings and all related communications and registrations. Recognition on the annual report. Sponsorship dollars support food/beverages at the member meetings.
  • 2024 Member Scholarship Sponsor: Limit 2
    • $1,000, The MNCBG will recognize the sponsor on all scholarship applications, awards, marketing communications, web pages, and the annual report. Sponsorships are available three times/year to all MNCBG brewery, brewpub, and brewery-in-planning staff. Sponsorship dollars increase the amount of scholarships granted.
  • 2024 Member Committee Sponsor: Limit 4
    • $1,000 per Committee, Recognition of sponsored committee resources, webinars, related registrations, comms, and reports throughout the year. Logo on program at Annual Conference, leadership webpage, and annual report. Sponsorship dollars support the operating/speaker budget of the committee.

  • Conference Exhibitor Table: One 6ft table and two chairs in a 10×10 space in the conference thoroughfare.¬† Includes breakfast, lunch, and two tickets to staff your booth.
    • The exhibitor provides all other booth infrastructure and materials. The exhibitor can purchase additional conference tickets at the member price.
  • Logos and Acknowledgements – Conference
    • Logo (medium) on Conference website, program, main stage screen during Conference Welcome and Lunch.
    • Verbal Thanks on the Conference Stage (Welcome and Lunch)
  • SWAG Bag Submission Opportunity – Paper or Tangible Item
    • Paper (8.5×11 or smaller) OR item (must be approved by MNCBG staff prior). The MNCBG must approve the item by Friday, March 1, and the MNCBG must receive the item in-office by Friday, March 15.¬†
  • Inclusion in post-conference thank you email to attendees < NEW THIS YEAR
    • Basic business contact information will be included in a list of sponsors of the conference in our final thank you email to all attendees who provided email addresses
