This directory connects breweries, distilleries, farmers, and other businesses for spent grain disposal. The directory was developed with funding from the project Brewing a Sustainable Future—a grant-funded sustainability initiative to help MNCBG members find solutions to sustainability issues facing their businesses, starting with managing spent grain disposal so that it is easier, more reliable, and more cost effective.

It is based on common practices of Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild members, local distilleries, and other breweries in the state.
